Rotsea Lane
runs from the railway crossing in Hutton and continues over the
Cranswick-Skerne crossroads and out into flat open countryside.
There was once a Village named Rotsea in this location
but this has long since disappeared leaving only farms and their
buildings, such as Rotsea Manor, Rotsea Farm and Corps Landing to
name but a few.
The Lane continues down to Swing Bridge,
which crosses over the River Hull to Hempholme, but is not a
public right of way now as it is a privately owned piece of land.
